110kV - Fonterra - Whareroa
The Whareroa processing plant at Hawera is the single largest milk processing plant in the southern hemisphere. The scope included installing nine bays of 110kV switchgear and five 40/60MVA transformers
66kV - Orion - Armagh Street Indoor Substation
This was a new 66kV substation at Orion’s site in Armagh Street. The scope included a nine bay breaker and half scheme using outdoor SF6 circuit breakers inside a building.
33kV - Vector - Mangere West
This was a new 33kV/11kV substation to service the upgraded wastewater treatment plant.
Upgrades – Vector - numerous
Ergo completed protection upgrade projects for many Vector substations. Old 'Nilstat relays were replaced with modern digital relays, capable of full SCADA. The scope included a complete refurbishment of the control panels, SCADA, circuit breakers and the drawing system.
Transformer Management Systems (TMS) – Vector - numerous
The scope included the replacement and installation of new transformer management systems using digital systems that were then integrated into the Vector SCADA.
Santos - Moomba – Coopers Basin South Australia 11kV
Replacement of the 3.3kV distribution network with a new 11kV distribution network The project involved upgrading all the protection to feeder management relays with integrated SCADA. This was done by completely replacing the control panels on the circuit breakers.
